Did not recieve purchased stars - Stardom A List mobile app for Iphone

I tried to purchase 50 stars for stardom the alist thru itunes & it apparently the purchase declined so i tried again & it apparently declined again but my bank has been debited $5.49 twice but not only have i not recieved the purchased stars (100) but i had 6 stars within my game already & since my 'failed' purchases my 6 stars have dissapeared & i now have zero stars. Please restore my original 6 stars & apply my additional purchased 100 stars for a total of 106 stars please. Game id is 5FAB1C67-85AC-4C85-8FE2-0BDF67017CEB thank you -Ambe
