Dishonest, refuse to give real assistance, uncaring

I joined Worldwinner in May (which is part of MyPoints program) online. I realized that I would be going up against others that had lots of experience. But, I kept losing when I play the same game (free) which I bought from the company and can get really high scores. However, I kept losing and even if I had the top score, a few minutes later, someone (always someone with 5-7 years experience) would beat me, even though it said I was "matched" according to my skill and length of time with them.

I started completing help tickets, but that did not work. I would get a response back and it was always the same response. We are checking in to it. I finally filed over 40 tickets with them and attached a copy of a screen print showing the person who beat me and their length of time with the company. I know full well these people should not be matched against me - 3 months to 5 years - come on

They have taken hundreds of dollars from me (granted I paid it) but the way they take it and then refuse to give it back - they lock your mouse - I tried from 5-6 different machines on different servers — same problem. Had Charter come over and check out my machine — i was told it was not my machine or the internet - it was the host of the game.

Long story short - this place needs to be either shut down or made to play fair - and I mean fair — they are ringers that they throw in at the last second to win. No way this could just be coincidence. There are a lot of unhappy people playing Worldwinner. If anyone is interested in doing a class-action suit, I would sign on. Thanks.
