Ripped off 14.99 a month for over 2 years

For over two years Tig is showing up on my bank statement at 14.99 a month, and there appears to be no way to stop them short of closing my bank account. If you threaten them, you are in trouble, and they still pocket your $ and laugh.
I would LOVE to have an attorney jail them, or a pissed victim do more than that.
How do I start a firm that can fleace people and never have to worry about prosecution? I could retire!
