Signs on for the event. Gives you a great price. (that's already a bad sign) wants all the money in advance. A year later and no album or video. He's upset I'm complaining after all I got proofs and raw video! Probably better than most clients. He's complaining about the economy and lack of funds and business. Basically he told me in an e-Mail that he doesnt have a penny for photo work and in fact does not even have a working car right now. He would love to get a new job to fund paying for old work! Does this sound a little like a poor mans ponzu scheme?! Well if I don't fund him up front now then I will just have to wait until he financially recovers to get what I already paid for! That will probably never happen and anyone stupid enough to give him cash is like throwing it into a black hole - bye bye forever...

I know of many families swindled by this unethical individual. I wish I had a solution.
