Took 3 days to pick up, endangered my family and pets, was rude

I rented a jumper on sat. Company did not come to pick up the jumper till tuesday. When he did he rang my doorbell nonstop untill I got to the door, waking my husband who works nights and my infant. Then he left my back gate wide open letting my dogs and cat run into the street. Called to complain manager was rude and refused to help, refused refunding me, and refused giving my a discount.
