The big valley have 6 bad discs they said were going to replace over a month nothing

I got the dvd collection THE BIG VALLEY it has 6 discs that are defective they said they would replace them i wrote back asking for a tracking so i could know that they were sent they said that the replacements were on the way now after a month nothing i have sent them email after email but they wont respond BIG RIP OFF DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
