Mr Charles Matthau Ripped off My $100,000 Investment using Telemarketing Fraud.

I have repeated made phone calls to Mr Mathau's office with no response. The name of his telemarketing company that took my money was named Monarch Productions which has a State Court Ordered Cease and Desist Order and a refrain and desist order against them. They are now doing business under another name called Final Cut Productions in Sherman Oaks, CA. This telemarketing Company has repeatedly claimed that they were raising the funds for Mr Mathau for the film Freaky Deaky. I have nothing personal against Final Cut Productions they are only doing what they are told to do by Mr. Charles Matthau I was also told that over 1 million dollars was paid to Mr Matthau as a producers fee to produce a 17 Million Dollar Film that was promised to be a 40 million dollar film with huge well known stars.
