High chapparal - high chapparal dvd boxset

Re. High chapparal. I want to know how this company can advertise this as a brand new dvd boxset and then when its delivered the quality is almost unwatchable. Several of the discs are scratched. And the worst part is they are not new, they are all copies with labels stuck to them... 4 discs have got deep scratch marks and cannot be watched. I am disgusted that i paid good money and getting something totally different than advertised..
