Missing chips - buddy rush

I buy this APPZILLA 2 APP in iphone 4 to get this 41 free chips on buddy rush. But its been a week now still i have not get the free chips. I wrote a complain on buddy rush but this said to file this complain on " TAPJOY ".

Its awful, no good service indeed..
