Ticket sale rippoff

I ordered (ORDER id 8011215 ON July 23) AUSTRALIAN PINK FLOYD Concert Tickets in Chicago il. For the Oct. 22 2011 seats in MAIN FLOOR Row: GG, and the ones which just arrived in the post are different. They were for Row L seat 8&9.

I paid extra ($372.60) to be seated in a certain block/row and was given a confirmation of the block / row. They sent Row L seat 8&9 They're on left side with the 25% stage view!

I do have copy of Order confirmation with the section and row # as well the tickets. I'm so upset.
