Backup of what I delivered Hit&Hi, I've been a Hit associate for more than 13 years, and that I have strung inside through all of the modifications but, I will no further be considered a participant or client for 2 factors, (1) I'm handicapped and on the restricted revenue so when I went into Hit the guy that worked there questioned me "would you like to look after your overdue costs?" I mentioned "number, may I get it done the next time?" he explained" sure not a problem" which was excellent since I'd hardly any cash in those days. The issue was that in a few days Hit went my banking account for late charges $4.28 not really a ton but I'd. 23 dollars in my own bill therefore it overdrafted my bill $38.00 x 2 therefore today I owe & 76.00 (2) I approached "Tiffanne" the store-manager that was no aid she explained' nicely mother am its not our plan" Thats all great nevertheless when I've usually compensated my late charges previously. I've invested a large number of bucks there. And she was unsympathetic and dull in my experience that she'dnot help me whatsoever. If you have three kids and also to handicapped parents and obtain a check every three months to reside from $76.00 and hiking is of cash when that would be food, or film rentals, or gasoline and he or she could dangerous. Well that is inadequate customer support and I'll not be returning there any time in the future. I'd like some contact back about that problem. I will have to shut my banking account since I'll never have the ability to get free from being within the damaging at $38.00 daily overdrawn over $4.28. All of this over less subsequently 5.00 when she might have supplied my lender anything therefore the facility costs might be halted. One supervisor there told me that Hit might change the cost and supply anything for my lender, but Tiffanne would not actually examine this or use me.
