I contacted them through the contact form on their website, as well as e-maling them at ironplanetmovies@gmail.com letting them know that I would like to return the DVDs and get my money back (according to the website they have a 30 day money back guarantee), but I also requested they pay me back the shipping and handling charges. Their website states that shipping and handling charges would not be returned, and I would completely understand that if I had purchased the DVDs and then just changed my mind for no reason.
