I bought 2 tickets for Spain vs Scotland. There wasn't a certain place to happens. So after 2 weeks they confirm the match in Alicante, while I think it were be in madrid. I ask for my money back, but without sucess. They've writen "TBA" instead "to be annouced" and this confused me.
I ordered the cancellation of the purchase, but said it would be canceled. I lost300 eurosSo, they are not a reliable company. Do not buy ticket at Online Ticket Express!!
