Weems is a 1st class con man and thief.
Here is his setup. He goes to entertainment events in and around Atlanta trying to get behind the scene and poses as a producer, talent scout or someone is position of power. He will introduce himself as the CEO of mode31 Fashion Group or what ever other scam he has going. He is very convincing but trust me, the man is out to RIP you off and nothing more.
He proposed a series of events related to fashion and modeling that we were both to co-finance. When it was time to fund the project he claimed some excuse about his banker and talked me into financing the project. Once I financed the project, he was GONE. He disappeared overnight.
Do NOT trust this individual.
