I ordered the welcome back kotter complete series dvd video March 16 and it stated that it was processed on that day. I tracked my package daily the next update was that is was shipped on March 24. It is April 27 and I have yet to recieve my videos also as of April 27 I am unable to access their website and this is after I called the number on the site and I sent three emails. All I want is my dvd's or my money and for these people to stop ripping off hard working people.
