Charging credit card without permission

I registered for just one month of Match.com dating service and settled the larger price of $39.99 for just one month. I actually examined the container do-no resubscribe. I sent them a few times before my closing day of 3/14 and informed them used to do not need to sign up again. I acquired a mail dtd. 3/17 showing me these were sorry that I had been departing, but nonetheless they charged my bill. Used to do not utilize my CC but my bank card, which due to consideration to become overdrawn. I obtained the $39.99 back although not the facility charge of $35.00. I attempted to negoiate and have for 30 days free datomg support, they rejected. When there is actually a-class action match please include me!
