Bogus song competition

I believe paramount.com song competition is bogus and advise songwriters to stay away.
They use encoraging letter to suck you in, to try and get your money.
I live in ireland so did not send me a 'contract' depite telling me they considered i had serious talent as a songwriter.!!
I suspect they realsed i would not be traveling to usa and therefore they would not get any more money out of me.
I did waste 20 dollars entry fee however, and am concerned that they might use my lyrics for their own use!
My song is called 'zhivago blues' in case you come across it anywhere and is protetced by UK copyright
beware and stay away!!
