How many times in a month do I have to pay? - Customer Service and Fairness

Netflix turned me off again my payment is due on the 24th yet here it is the 7th and I'm turnd off agen they do this every month and I'm pissed I pay twice just to see movie choices I don't want like gay and lesbian flicks I don't care if someone else wants to see them that's fine I don't or foreign films I don't like them but these are the choices they give me I like si fi but they don't seem to offer much of that.netflix you suck
