Clarence the clown Neely, used two front men (Earl & Glen) to build credibility to the scam he was running, which was concert promotions of nationally recognized artists. After the $50,000.00 investment Clarence evaporated into thin air. It took several months and a private investigator to locate him. Each time I found him he relocated. Does anyone know where he is? This guy should be incarcerated. I believe upon information and belief Clarence and his coconspirators ripped off 2 - 4 investors for over $100,000.00 each. How does this guy do it and why is he not under a jail?
