Bestbrandvalue movies.com charged for membership which i did not join

I ordered a dvd for 3.59... And received it in Jan. I looked at my credit card statement for this month (Feb) and see I'm being charged another 9.95. I telephoned the Co. And they said it was a trial membership charge.??? I NEVER joined this so called club they have. There are hundreds of complaints against this Co. Why are they still in business? Now I have to wait 60 days to see if I get a refund and if they did in fact cancel my non-existent membership. Liars... Scammers.
