I ordered two magazines in April and did not recieve them. I called in August and actualy spoke to someone that said my orderes never made it into the system and that she would process them with another free year subsription to the magazine of my choice. That was four months ago and I have not seen any magazines. I'm out almost $100 and there customer service line says to call back during business hours when it is business hours. No replies to my emails either.
