This is to report an outrageous internet business that provides services for children's parties. The person who answers the phone (I suspect it might be the owner of this business) is beyond rude.
When I asked him to repeat something because I can't hear what he said, he called me a f*ck head dumb a* and hang up on me. When I dialed the other numbers with different area codes listed on his website he answered each call and continued with offenses: "You are a dumb a* aren't you".
Although I didn't say anything he probably recognized my phone number. The reason I called other numbers was to reach another rep to complain, but as soon as he answered I recognized his voice and did not want to engage in any conversation. To be so offensive toward someone with hearing disability is completely outrageous, especially company that offers services to parents and children.
I hope he doesn't get any business in the future.
