JRP JRP Minneapolis Owner Connie Steckling Signs NEXT BIG DISNEY KID Davis Cleveland to Star in "Shake It Up"

A new show will be hitting the Disney Channel this Fall 2010 called Shake It Up! The show was originally set to be titled Dance, Dance, Chicago, but according to reports the name has changed. The show will begin filming in July in Hollywood, California.

The show was created by Chris Thompson (Laverne and Shirley... Bosom Buddies, The Naked Truth, Action) and executive-produced by Thompson and Rob Lotterstein (The War at Home, Ellen).

The lead star of the show is Bella Thorne (Big Love), who guest starred in an episode of the Disney Channel series Wizards of Waverly Place.
