Willy Cruz Scammer, Con-Artist Steel Drum Band Ruined My Wedding Ceremony

I planned a Luao themed wedding for June 6. I thought a steel drum band with Ukilele would make the day magical. I found Island Boys through gigmasters. Willy Cruz sent me an MP3 of his own version of Somewhere Over the Rainbow mixed with What a Beautiful World, I was sold! We went over song lists for the ceremony that included Bob Marley Is this Love, the Somewhere Over the Rainbow mix that is his own and Kiss the Girl from the Little Mermaid. I was in a dream thinking about these musical pieces being played live on my wedding day.

The day of the wedding a different band showed up in their place. My ceremony was to start at 3, they weren't even set up yet and kept arguing that they weren't contracted to play the ceremony. My guests were already seated before they finally started drumming away what ever island beat they chose. I flipped so the DJ that I had hired for the reception opened the windows of the place and played Somewhere Over the Rainbow so at least we could get down the isle to something close to what I wanted. There weren't any vocals during cocktail hour either.

Now that the wedding is over I have been in contact with Willy Cruz. I told him that I was going to take him to court and he responded with "and send it to what address and to what name, I use an alias" then he tried to say that I didn't give him all the information he requested, or directions to the place, all sorts of things even though I have an email trail that will show that I gave him everything he requested. I asked him multiple times for an address because I didn't have a fax machine also my contract stated a guitar player and a drummer, even though I specifically wanted the Uki player that is the ONLY reason I booked with him, when I asked repeatedly asked him about this he never answered the question. These were all warning signs that I ignored and shouldn't have. Now he says that I was on a budget and couldn't afford the Uki player. How does he know what my budget was. He quoted me only one price, he never discussed with me that it would be more. Hes just a scammer he knew from the beginning that he was going to scam me. He saw me coming a mile away, the dreamy eyed bride!

He ruined my wedding day, my memory of my ceremony will always be associated with the anxiety that I was feeling while screaming at the band from inside the caterers. This would have been the ceremony that I had dreamed of my entire life and they ruined and know he mocks me in emails. He's a piece of crap do not hire him!

He can respond what ever he wants I'm the second person now to report basically the same thing and he is a liar and I am filing a suit against him alias or not!
