HotMovieSale.com, Charge credit card unauthorized

BBV*HotMovieSale.com charged my account $ 12 about 1 year after I had bought a DVD from them online.
They claim that when I bought the DVD I had agreed (on some hidden page or the terms&agreement page) to be a member who will pay memebership. I never agreed to that. If I did it so it was sneaked in the deal without my knowlegde.
I called them. The operate their calling center out of the PHILLIPINES. That says a lot. They claimed they would credit my account and cancel "my membership" after I got mad and demanded that they would do that. We will see.
Google companies before you buy. Especially the internet is a breeding ground for thiefs!
