Representative refuses to refund the deposit and is blaming me for the mix up

I arranged a male stripper for my chickens night and settled $100 deposit. The stripper didn't appear. The Strippers 4 Play consultant will not return the deposit and it is accusing me for that mix-up. The consultant is was also really rude and unsympathetic. This person entertainment organization relies in Sydney, Australia. I'm shocked in the support.
