We visited the Cheesecake Factory in San Francisco on top of Macy's and were stunned we received bad service on Black Friday. We were seated, our ordered was taken, our salad arrived with old lettuce, then we finally received our appetizer. One of the Managers came over and they offered that we order another item, we then ordered another salad and the lettuce was soggy. Where is the quality control?
