Purchased Bonanza Series from VR DVD Collections that states they are in New York. When my credit card statement arrived it says SGCW Worldwide Media or when you look it up in Canada Better Business Bureau (bbb.org) it is also called The Media Depot. This know becomes a foreign transaction and credit card company will not assist their customers and force you to pay the bill. Thats Bank of America. The Bonanza Series had 15 episodes missing, 7 repeats and missing all 3 made for TV Movies. <p style="margin:0in 0in 0pt;" class="MsoNormal">VR DVD Collections just stopped returning emails, SGCW Worldwide Media or The Media Depot - Mr. Jeff Johnson listed with the bbb.org Canada site would not return emails and their phone never answers.

<p style="margin:0in 0in 0pt;" class="MsoNormal">They are making you believe you are dealing with a US company but then it becomes a foreign company and they are using this loophole to rip people off. Look at all the complaints with the Canada site Better Business Bureau before you buy. From what it looks like from other peoples complaints on different sites SGCW Worldwide Media or The Media Depot is using several satellite companies such as VR DVD Collections - Click DVD Media-Herenow DVD - Goldstar DVD - VR DVD Flash Collections. <p style="margin:0in 0in 0pt;" class="MsoNormal">I also bought two Leave it to Beaver Collections at the same time as the Bonanza Series with just a few freeze ups that I never complained to them about because what good would it do when they just plain and simple wont return emails to make any attempt to fix problems or give return address to return item for replacement. Most importantly is any sites that have the same type of DVD boxes in pics come from the above mentioned Canada sight and they just wont fix any problems!!! <p style="margin:0in 0in 0pt;" class="MsoNormal">Its very unfortunate because I would have been a good customer!!!
