Fraudulent Activity

I obtained an email on 12/23/09 declaring that I'd hired three films in Phoenix Arizona totaling $3.25. I don't reside in Phoenix and that I haven't visited Phoenix. I delivered it to RedBox immediately stating this was a bogus purchase. I noticed back after Holiday 12/30/09 wondering if my consideration have been billed aswell since occasionally the email simply gets delivered to the incorrect location. Our bill have been billed and so I approached my lender to record it in addition to provide me a brand new card. I e mailed Red Container to tell them that my consideration have been billed and the things they can do to obtain this fixed. I received no reply. I e mailed again and lastly noticed an answer nowadays 1/15/10 stating that I'd to send them paperwork that I'd to record this towards the regional regulators and also the terminated card. For 3.25 I am likely to visit the area regulators??!! After which they email me stating they didn't get the films back and go to consult me the next five concerns:

1) Did you've any issues whenever you delivered the DVD?

2) When did you return the DVD and also to what area?

3) What did the equipment let you know whenever you delivered the DVD?

4) Did you've to test more often than once to come back the DVD prior to the device approved it?

5) Did the display verify the DVD was delivered successful?

HELLO!!! I'm e mailing you since it was deceptive and that I didn't hire these films. Therefore obviously, easily did not hire them, how may I have experimented with return them. It is also poor since I've been an enormous supporter for Redbox and had they managed this case in a far more skilled and useful method, then I'd be a dedicated client.
