Disrupted my life by calling at 1 o'clock AM! With a recording

Hollywod video called my house with a recorded message that a video was past due at 1 o'clock AM on a week night!!! I called later (during normal business hours) to complain and was left on hold for 1 1/2 hours before I finally gave up. My e-mail messages were answered by form letters, and they sent me a disgraceful 2 free movie coupons to make up for the disruption in my life! Wow! They really went out on a limb there! And the worst part was, I missed a job interview because I over slept my alarm due to the disruption! Thanks Hollywood video! I will NEVER rent another video from you again, or even use those free coupons!
