On Aug. 24 th 2009 I bought 2 vehicle devices, 66"x9" audio boxes and 8 speakers from HIFISoundconnection.com. I settled via PayPal the quantity delivery: $ 478.28
Soon after the purchase I obtained 1 vehicle recipient and also the 6-speaker containers (worth approximately. $150.00)
It's now been 10 months, they nevertheless promote the things I purchased on the website but clearly don't ask them to in-stock.
Since I had been also individual PayPal won't perform a factor (over 45 times). HIFISoundconnection provided me a shop credit but there's nothing comparable available at similar cost.
Is that this a fraud? May they consider your cash for something which isn't in-stock after which provide you with a shop credit?
I'd not protest at-all easily have been billed just for the things they delivered, but being billed the entire quantity for that products and also the total quantity for delivery isn't appropriate.
