Jon balsamo contracted for website work - received and approved - using it now and refuse to pay!

BEWARE if you answer an ad from these people for work to be done on their website!
They advertise OUTSUDE of thei local area for work to be done - sometimes they say it is for a client, sometimes for themselves, then they request that you build pages to show you can before they pay you anything.
I had them sign a contract, got a deposit, did the work and delivered it, and the same wekeend that I delivered the work, they lied to me saying they couldn;t pay, at the same time that they advertised the SAME job in other cities for the same price. They take what they can get, run so as not to pay, then "hire" someone else to do a little more and cheat them.
I even got emails from them saying that they had no idea what I was talking about because the comapny wa not a DJ company at all, claiming to be an entirely differnet company, but using the same email address they used in paypal to pay me.
Then they charged back the deposit and claim they never heard of me, but they are using the flash and the site design that I built for them. I have socuemntation on everything, and am going to court in NY to sue them for costs and damages, but when I talked to Jon (sometimes says he's the manager, sometimes a know-nothing), he said that he doesn;t care "cause it's too far to come from across the country to sue in NY".
This company plays innocent but they know exactly what they are doing in cheating people!
