I placed an order with this company for advertisement on there web site www.sogospelnews.com i had to pre pay the ad in order to get any discounts and or promotions.in april of this year 2009 my company site went down due to hosting issues. I contacted deon at this firm (the owner) to let him know the site was down and to discontinue the ad running on www.sogospelnews.com in which he did. Under our contract the ad would have ran approx. 6 months at a rate of $5 per day this was the special in prepaying. A few days later i emailed the company to receive a refund on my ad for services not rendered. The owner deon unthank informed me he was not in the postition to refund my money as they are a small company and they could refund me $100 a month until the credit was given back to me in full. I paid in full the amount requested via my pay pal account, having a creit in my paypal account - paypal used a secondary credit card to charge the balance of $450. To complete the transaction. I was able to dispute the charge on the visa card as services not rendered and was granted a full refund. After the credit was applied to the balance a credit still due from www.sogospelnews.com has not been issued and this is august. I am in the process of filing complaints with all federal and local goverment agencies to try and receive back what i paid. As promised by deon unthank a credit of $100.00 would be issued until the balance to me was paid back in full, to date nothing has been applied. For those who choose doing business with this company i would suggest you not pay in full as if there are problems with the ad, etc you will not receive a r e f u n d.
This company is a christian company and i can't believe the way they steal and keep your money. As a w a r n i n g stay away. Complaints have been filed with the attorney general for tenn and i will go see these people face to face.
