Talent6.com was one of the searches that came up when I was looking for some part time work, so I called the 800 number that was in the ad.

I found that Talent6.com was explained rather well by the representative and pretty much all of the details were laid out. One of the things I learned was that a lot of people don't realize that you have to take a proactive approach to the service and spend some time marketing yourself.

Complaints for Talent6.com

1) They come off as a Talent Agency but they are not. They are in fact a Talent database and you have to search for work yourself.

2) Talent6.com does gurantee you will get an offer in 90 days, but like me a lot people can't wait 90 days

3) While I did figure out rather quickly Talent6.com was not a job for hire and I decided to take part since it sounded good to me, I don't like the job board advertising.

Overall I happy with the service but do not like the marketing.
