Charles Marshall Con artists do not sponsor nor invest in his fake patten HD 1080p technology

Charles Marshall approached my company with his cutting edge paten HD 1080p technology. He hired our company to raise moneys and handle all administration duties under his new company name. He had a beautiful website with music artists and clear definitions of his technology. When asked he even provided us with fake letters of intent from said artists. He promised that upon us bringing in sponsor / advertising monies that we could partner and actually book talent and produce concerts and events for him. He told us that he was negotiating huge marketing deals internationally with marketing firms and internet portal companies with his other company name MYHDTVCLUB.com

When we asked to see the patens, or demonstrate the technology he always found a way around why he could not at that moment. During that time we "on good faith we decided to help him while contracts were being drafted and reviewed by attorneys. When our final draft was completed he than would make another excuse that it would take more time to counter our contract and his attorney was out of town. We were told we had only 4 more weeks to collect monies for our first event, and realized the event would be produced before contracts were signed. (One of our RED FLAG Moments)

The minute we told him we were putting the projects on hold, until contracts were signed. He immediately deleted our company from his site, refused to meet with us in person for an explanation and now is not answering his phones or email.

I have been to his home/office which is a one bedroom apartment that he claimed was a temporary situation as his big investors had just pulled out because of the recession. I soon learned he did not even have a phone, I found out the phone he was calling us from a woman who lives with him that he tried passing off as his assistant. When we called him she would answer like a secretary and take messages.

I started doing more research as more RED FLAGS kept arising. I ended up making contact with other people and companies Charles had scammed. I quickly learned about this site. I was sick to read the Rip off Report posted here, and felt it was my duty to let others know he is back to his old tricks.

Charles is a smooth talker and comes across very charming and educated in the technical world figuring most of us would be impressed but not as technoglogy savvy as he claimed to be. He claims he was raised by very religious parents and traveled the world as a musician.

I am thankful I was smart enough to trust my intuition and get out while I could.
