Scam Ripoff

Al Gomes and Bignoise lied to me. It's about as plain and simple as that. Do not work with BigNoise, unless of course you want to deal with the repercussions of fraud.

I paid him $1,400 and guess what i got in return?

Absolutely Nothing!!!

He said he would get me on the grammy ballot, HE DIDN'T.
He said he would get me on a record label, HE DIDN'T.
He said he would get me a record deal, HE DIDN'T.
He said he would make me a website, HE DIDN'T.

I even signed a contract outlining all of this. But he had kept the only copy, which he has probably shredded by now... It was foolish of me to trust him. I have an evidence problem now. He is also an LLC. Think about it people. Do you wonder why he is a "Limited Liability Company"? It's lawsuit protection for him, because he knows very damn well that what he's doing is not entirely honest.

He buttered me up saying my music was great and then a few months later he backtracked and said it was only so-so and that nobody was interested in dealing with me. This was of course after I gave him the money.

This is how a simple shark in business works. It's one of the oldest tricks in the book. He makes you feel good, filling your mind with illusions of grandeur, lies about what he will do for you, when he knows he won't do any of it.

The appeal of his pseudo - "grammy ballot" (however important it may seem) is only a secondary listing (which there are hundreds of) as oppossed to the final ballot (the actual official and final grammy ballot). The chances of getting on the final ballot are slim to none and he knows it, but doesn't tell you. He didn't even try to get me on the secondary listing, even though we were contracted. He never called me... EVER!

I am not doing this to defame him, I am doing this so that others won't make the same mistake I did (which was to work with and trust him).

I encourage anyone reading this to also look at the other report filed by Stuart from Glasgow. Stuart catches Al in his own lies. Concerning Stuarts it's true that Al Gomes does "stutter and stammer" and "mumble". It is also true that he charges upfront and you get nothing in return. He certainly does not put "100%, or 300% of" his "blood, sweat and tears to make sure" your " career goes where it needs to go. Stuart does a great job catching Al in several acts of deception.

To make a long story short, I was a young naive artist who could have used that money to help pay for college, but I was fooled by Gomes. He may have a few happy clients, and a few bigname clients who he used to sort of work with, but If you are trying to get your foot in the door in the music industry go another route.

Al if you are reading this, consider this pal. If you just give me my money back i'd quit telling people not to work with you, and wouldn't post this. You are theoretically losing money by not being fair with me. Moodminder, and Oomerta, two potential clients of yours already didn't work with you because they wanted an informed opinion about Bignoise, which I gave them one. Think about that, theoretically you lost $2,800 because you weren't fair with me. I tried reasoning with you back in the winter asking for a third back, you b. S'ed me again, saying you'd try again, and I went along with it, but used my brain this time and said to myself, "if he already didn't do anything for me, why would he all of a sudden do anything now, for no fee?"
