Ruby's Nightclub
Is a complete ripoff and unprofessional. Will take your money!

Please do not waste your money going to this ripoff of an establishment. I threw someone a surprise party here. I got there early to secure the tables for the bottle services I had paid for. The person who party it was and his guest stepped in line at 10:47pm.

Two and a half hours later they were still in line. They told me one price on the phone for the cover charge, but when everyone got there they announced it would be 50 bucks to get in. When I asked the manager who was rude as well what was going on. He told me, because of fire issues they could not letting anyone in (the club was no where near packed). Although, if you were paying 200 bucks and up for bottle service they were letting you cut the line and come straight in the club, but if you were just standing out there for regular entrance you were not getting in.

I was there with "PAID" bottle service for everyone who was invited to be stuck outside. I don't understand what was the purpose of me Reserving my guest for them not to get in. They refused to give me a refund and said it was nothing they could do. So basically, if you got 200 bucks and up. The "fire" rules do not apply to you. It was a complete ripoff and I currently have a BBB report out against this club.
