Very frustrating - they make their website appear as if it is the official site of the venue - and then charge 250% of the ticket price for the tix. This was for a show that had not even gone on sale at the time i bought the tickets. I fell for it, tried to cancel my transaction, and was rebuked. I should have been a more savvy consumer, but the site is misleading and clearly intended to dupe the user. I called them and it was a very unpleasant experience.
