I auditioned for a local sketch comedy show in Tulsa, OK called the Biopsy Playhouse. Everything seemed legit, it was in its 9th season and had a full cast.

Former cast members kept calling me warning me that Flip and his wife were crazies and liars and theives. I didn't want to listen because they all seemed nice to me.

We were told we signed a deal with a European comapny and that we would be braodcast in 20 countries in Europe and that money may be involved. It may have been, but we never saw any, and when we asked for updates on the status of the Europe deal, he said he didn't know anything.

The final straw was that he called me one day screaming that a former cast member had stolen all the money out of our corporate account and that we couldn't afford to air now. He was saying all kinds of awful stuff like how he wanted to kill him and get revenge.

We found out soon after that it was his wife that took the money and spent it. He went from mad to trying to act like nothing happened and even lied and said she has breast cancer so we couldn't be mad.

The entire cast quit. We hyad been lied to and the cast's investments were gone.

Flip said he was shutting Biopsy down forever. Two weeks later, the website was back up with a new cast.

I finally talked with the people who tried to warn me about the Sterlings and apparently they do this to every cast they have. Hire them, get them to invest, steal the money and pretend to shut down. Only to reopen soon after.

Watch out for Phil and Christina Sterling. They are con artists and theives.
