Ripoff, scam, novelty tickets, steals money, takes advantage

This is to warn people about a company called ztickets - FM entertainment. I see on this site that there are already 2 reports of this and I'm sad to say the same has happened to me too. My friend was too late to buy a ticket for the Download festival so we were on a hunt to get a ticket. We saw that ztickets.co.uk advertised tickets for festivals that had soldout. We even did the google test which didn't come up with anything bad to say (which I hope has changed now.)

received confirmation of the order, and tracking number for this - which all seemed genuine. But only to find I had paid 200 for a novelty ticket which I could've done a better job of making myself!
Nowhere on the item description does it say you are purchasing a novelty ticket!
This is very unfair!

On emailing them I even got a response from them highlighting that in their terms and conditions you are only due a refund if the event is cancelled! Even though we can't use the ticket to get into the event anyway!

I am taking this further and I hope other people do to because it's awful people can be cheated out their money like this!
Ztickets.co.uk are a complete scam!
