Gamblerspalace.com Paid 50 dollars to the company won 110 dollars on a bet and have not been paid at all

My mother in law were in town so we were watching the kentucky derby and all of us decided to place a bet on a horse. We authorized the company, Gambler's Palace, to debit $50 off of our bank account (debit/credit card). We bet on a long shot for the Kentucky Derby and our horse came in 1st place.

When we went to cash out, there was an option to credit money back to account used. When we clicked on that it wouldn't let us. The other options were to take more money out of have the money go through by Western Union. I authorized for them to put the Western Union in my wife's name, we have the same bank account.

I got an email from the company stating the Western Union amount, account number, ect. When I tried to go in and recieve the payment, I needed the money transfer control number which was unavailable. I tried contacting the company and because of my request to put it in my wife's name, they had not sent the conformation email with the control number on it.

I was told that because of my request that they needed to have copies of our ID's to be sure that it wasn't fraudulent. I suggested that they just send the payment in my name and they said no, we would need to send in the copies or to speak with someone in the accounting department. I called back saying that I was uncomfortable giving that information out (especially via fax), but I was told that if I wanted to recieve my payment that this is what was needed.

I faxed the ID's right away. I checked my email and they had sent one to me saying that "they got approved from the bank to pay, and that it would arrive Western Union no later than Thurs A.M." I went down to collect payment and there wasn't any record of a payment sent by this company. I called the company and said that I had sent what they requested, still didn't get a money transfer control number, and mentioned the email that I recieved from them stating the payment would be here.

They said they were unable to help me, couldn't give me a control number and once again needed to contact someone in the accounting department. They told me the hours and when I called the recording gave different hours. I still have not been able to get ahold of anyone to resolve this issue and recieve my payment. Please help. Thank you!
