Cheated me by charging 4 times the actual cost of the ticket

This web site claims to work for the customer and that customer satisfaction is their future.in the second week of Jan I bought two tickets from this website (worldticketshop.com) for the T20 Cricket World Cup being held in London in June.

I was charged a price of 613 euro for two tickets in Jan.in the 1st week of May the International Cricket Council released the tickets officially on its website and even the most premium ticket is being sold only for 80 euro perticket. 2tickets cost 160 euro where as this web site charged 613 euro.

So this website has charged almost 4 times the actual cost of the ticket even though the ticket was booked two months in advance.

They have no explanation on why they have charged such a high amount and cheated the customers. They now say their tickets are normally 2-3 times higher than the normal price of the tickets! They do not mention this anywhere on their site. Their site in fact claims that customer satisfaction is their main priority! Crooks is what they are! No customer would buy from Worldticketshop.com if they knew they are being charged 3-4 times the actual cost of the ticket.

They are cheating the customer by quoting ridiculously high prices well ahead of the event without even knowing the actual cost of the ticket! They should not be allowed to cheat unsuspecting customers like this and get away scot free like this.

These guys should be exposed so that customers do not buy any tickets from their site and get cheated. Customers should know that these guys are cheating everyone by quoting very high prices without knowing the actual cost and then refusing any refubd or cancellation!

DO NOT BUY from Worlticketshop. They are the biggest frauds!
