I had done business with Genaro Espinoza (AKA Jerry Espinoza) in late purchasing game used and other Anaheim Ducks memorabilia from the Stanley Cup playoffs.in December he approached me saying he needed a quick loan to buy a suite for a UFC Match, which he would then sell at a profit of $2000.

He promised me we would split the profits 50/50 if I would partically finance the purchase to the sum of $1,000, meaning he would pay me back $2,000. I told him I rather just loan him the money, and he then promised to pay me back my $1,000 $500 for doing him this huge favor. We drafted a promissary note, which he signed in front of his wife and kids.

Since then he's been MIA. When asked about the UFC tickets I got no answer - I assume he just pocketed the cash. Now he hardly responds to my TXT's and EMAILS, and when he does, it's always tragedy and other excuses. He's been laid off, his grandmother has died, his brother was in a accident, he had an emergency in Phoenix, and his wife's father passed away (twice).

He's asked for my Paypal twice, promising he's pay a little back... But still nothing. He's 5 months over due and doesn't have the decency to even speak to me.
