It is sad this alleged horseback riding teacher CAn't be jailed for placing youngsters' and creatures' lives at risk. Melinda Routh doesn't have company training kids, training driving classes, or looking after creatures. She calls himself an equine professional, however lacks even fundamental floor control abilities.

All her customers are newcomers, or even better, individuals who have no idea much better or have any understanding of horses to actually understand that Melinda truly does not possibly.
