Had to stand in the rain for 30 minutes

My spouse and that I visited the films in a noble theatre in Tukwila, California on Nov-22. We'd to stand-in the rainfall for half an hour since there is just one ticket broker. Then I'd to stand-in point for 20 units to purchase popcorn and skip a few of the film since there is just one concession stand broker.

When I returned towards the film, I froze half to deaf since the warmth was switched off. Atleast it felt want it. And lastly after I needed to visit the men's bathroom I really could not clean my fingers since there is no water or soap. What's happening???
