The service is lousy. Recliners have not been fixed since we bought them. Now they want to charge us a 30% replacement for faulty recliners from the begining. When they brought the one recliner back I told them the other one was rubbing when you raised the feet. I was waiting for aprox 4 weeks for them to return as they did not fix the first one. The first chair is very crocked. Please help.
