Did not pay out winnings on bonus monies

Got a email stating i revcied bonus monies and a link to log on had trouble logging in and re-registered and was able to collect bonus, tried to log in under Hersh08 wouldnt let me, did let me log onto Hersh008. Haven't played on this site for over 6 months, I thought that was the proper log on.

Played craps casino, won over $700.00 went to cash out found out that bonuses only payed out $350.00 (understandable, read the bonus payout). Contacyed cashiers, they notified that I must fax copy of my credit ending in #. Faxed them payout form, did not have that credit card and its been cancelled for over 6 months. E-mailed them several times, now what do I do since I don't have that card. Necer received a response. Called several times but was told casino cashier office was not opened.

Finaly reached somebody in the cashier's dept, was told to send in a statement from the credit card, explained that that card was probably a pre paid card and there was no statement. She said she would pay out if I opened a E Wallet account, it is important to know that a week after I tried to collect the monies when I was in the process of faxing paperwork to get the payout, they stated that it looked like I had 2 accounts.

All information exactly the same except for Hersh08 - Hersh008 and that they combined the accounts and would pay me provided I got copies of that credit card. Since I can't get copies of that credit card I elected to get an E Wallet account and finally collect my payout. Went to E Wallet and found out they charge 10% to collect the money, called Club World again, web said that without my credit card I couldn't get paid, I explained again I had no credit card, he was rude and would transfer me to the cashiers or manager. Wouldn't tell me his name and he hung up on me.

Called right back, customer rep said he would talk to a manager and said he would e mail me back within an hour. 4 hours later, no e mail or call. Called again, this rep said manager decided that since I had 2 accounts it was illegal and they would not pay me. End of story. Asked if I could talk to a manager, answer was NO!
