I'm writing this report - because I'm frustrated to the fact - that I have neither received the DVD nor given an explanation as to where and what has happened to the merchandise - I'm looking for who signed for the package -
when - I've already paid for the DVD on AE account - I'm looking for an explanation - please let me know one way or another - this is a very poor way of doing business.
