Took my payment, but never shipped my order, was offered a refund but that never happen. Woodbridge

I placed a order with getitnowdvd.com, they took my payment, but my order never was never shipped.

I was offered a refund of my order, as of the date of this report, the refund never arrived.

After many, many e-mails to getitnow.com customer service, all I get is the
"auto response" saying that someone will be contact with me, but that never happens.
