This is a fly by night organization ripping off customers, dj's, and videographers

A Sensory Sound Systems, (AKA Solid Gold) is a Rip-off company that is shortchanging Brides, Disk Jockeys, and Videographers.

They don't book their Talent, (DJ's and Videographers) until 2 days before an event. The Bride fills out a request sheet on line of the songs she wants played. That is Somehow never fully forwarded to the DJ's. So the DJ's look bad regardless of how good they are, they will wind up having an unhappy Bride and Groom because they won't have a complete list of the Brides Requests.

I now know of another DJ besides myself and 2 Videographers that have never been paid since I worked for them. They called me on a Thursday to work a Wedding on Saturday.

I then remembered an Investigative report on Television that I saw in Early 2008 about them that quoted Brides that said that they had no DJ or Videographer show up for their Wedding; or they were amateurs. And, when they did get a Video, it was amateurish and poorly done.

And, no one ever gets a refund. None of their claims on their Website are true. You can't get any one directly by phone unless perhaps you know to hit extension #3 on their automated phone system. And, because they are located somewhere in Kentucky, it is worthless to try to sue them, unless you want to go to Kentucky to do so.

They have probably never met any of their Vendors (DJ's and Videographers), and have no idea of what type of equipment they have, much less State Of The Art. The Television report named cases where the Videographers were using little Hand Held Commercial Video Camcorders, not Professional Video Equipment, and without Lights or Professional Microphones.

The claims against them are piling up. Stay Away. Don't hire them, and don't work for them. And spread the word!
